Arrive
Kathmandu |
Pick
up from the Tribhuvan International airport
and transfer to the hotel Thamel, meet for briefing
of the tours. |

Sightseeing
tours of the world heritage sites - Kathmandu
Durbar square, Swayambhunath stupa, Boudhnath
stupa, Pashupatinath temple and Patan Durbar
square with our professional tourist guide and
private vehicle. |

Kathmandu – Ithari |

After good breakfast
at the hotel we start early morning
ride from Kathmandu to Itahari 100
km ahead of border town to India.
The riding is easy on the asphalt
highway road. Starting the ride from
the mountain valley of Kathmandu through
the Southern plain then to straight
East to Indian border offers you the
beautiful scenery, fertile plain farms
and the great landscape. We will have
light lunch of noodle soup and some
seasonal fruits on the way and heading
forward to the hotel at Jhapa. |

Itahari
- Kakarvitta – Gangtok |
the
capital city of Sikkim (147
km); 5 hrs
|

We
will stop for the
immigration formalities
both in Nepal and
Indian side. After
completion of the
immigration formalities
we will continue riding
through the tea-estate
of Naxalbari then
to Bagdogra, another
town where there is
the nearest domestic
airport for Sikkim.
Continuing our riding
on the plain we soon
will arrive to the
dense populated city
of West Bengal called
Silguri. We take a
turn to the way to
Sikkim/Bhutan there
and will be heading
the destination of
second day. Soon after
we leave the city,
the road is comparatively
clean and quite. Our
riding will followed
by the famous Tista
River-bank, we will
be stop for the permit
of Sikkim. Upon approval
of the entry permits,
we will continue our
ride to Gangtok. Transfer
to hotel Sonam Palgey. |

Gangtok
- Pelling |

|
We
start the
ride at 08:00
am after breakfast
in the hotel.
The ride is
pleasant,
we will be
passing through
beautiful
villages,
chortens,
jungles and
small Himalayan
streams along
the trail.
There are
numerous interesting
places that
one can capture
the scenery,
hence our
itinerary
is designed
to cover the
area comfortably.
We will have
our lunch
at Ravangla
on the way
in available
restaurant
entoute. Finally
we will arrive
at Pelling
and transferred
to hotel Newa
Regency. |

Pelling
- Khecheopari Lake – Yuksom |

|
We will start our
leisurely trip as usual having breakfast
at 0830. Since we are in more remote
area the ride will definitely be more
pleasant, enjoy the great landscape.
This is the day we have more relax
and explore the area including the
sacred Lake “Khacheopari” then visit
another beautiful place called Yuksom,
it is the first capital of Sikkim
which literaly means meeting place
of three Lama's. |

Yuksom–
Tashiding– Legshep - Jorethang - Gangtok
|
(approx 130
km); 7 hrs
|
|
|
proceed
to Gangtok via Tashiding Monastery,
Legshep which is famous for hot spring
and with other many myths and mystiries.
we also by-pass Jorthang the second
biggest market of Sikkim .Lunch at Melli
then we proceed back to Gangtok. over
night at hotel Sonam Palgey. |

in Gangtok by a chartered
vehicle with local guide.

– Phuntsholing

We
start the tour after
breakfast at the hotel
as usual. We will
follow the first 92
kilometers from Gangtok
to Tiger bridge where
we already been on
the second day then
we cross the bridge
over the Tista River
that is the only high
way to Bhutan. After
riding an approximate
two and half hour
we will arrive to
the India-Bhutan Border
town called “Jaigaon”,
transfer to the hotel. |

Phuntsholing
– Thimpu |
|
The
capital of Bhutan
(First day in Bhutan
approx 174
km); 6 hrs |
|
As
we are at the border,
we will do the immigration
formalities both in
India and Bhutan.
We will meet the Bhutanese
guide for our two-day
tours in Bhutan. The
route follows the
first road in Bhutan
which was built in
1962 by Dantak, the
Indian Border Roads
Organization. Our
riding will mainly
be concentrated to
explore the area and
see as much as we
can. Hence we will
be stopping 5 or 6
different places (Rinchending,
Gedu, Chhukha, Chapcha,
Chhuzom then Thumpu)
for little bit of
sightseeing or photographing.
All of these places
have their own characteristics
and very much interesting
to visit. |

Thimpu- Phuntsholing

(Second day
in Bhutan, 174 km); 6 hrs |
We will start our tour after
breakfast at 0800. Explore Bhutan by the motorbikes
and overnight in a hotel at border. |

Phuntsholing – Bagdogra |
(approx
175 km); 5 hrs |
|
|
After early
breakfast we will drive to Bagdogra (leave the
bikes there), transfer to the airport and fly
out. Tour ends… |
